Refund Policy

This page describes the refund policy for purchases related to the getPage application, including Pro edition activation codes.

1. Free evaluation with getPage Lite

getPage offers a fully functional free edition — getPage Lite — that allows you to evaluate the application's core features, including crawling, page rendering, and local archiving, before making any purchase.

The Lite edition is designed to give you a thorough understanding of the software's capabilities and limitations. We strongly recommend using getPage Lite extensively before deciding to upgrade to the Pro edition.

2. Pro activation codes

The Pro edition of getPage is unlocked through single-use activation codes purchased from the Provider. Each code has a limited number of activations and is tied to the purchasing party.

By purchasing a Pro activation code, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the software through the free Lite edition and are making an informed decision.

3. 30-day refund for unactivated codes

When you purchase a Pro activation code you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the code has NOT been activated. To request the refund you must provide the activation code so that it can be invalidated by the Provider.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Activating the Pro code starts the provision of the digital service. Once the code has been activated the right to a refund expires and the code becomes non-refundable.

We also encourage you to evaluate the free getPage Lite edition before purchase, since dissatisfaction with features that are available and testable in Lite does not constitute additional grounds for a refund beyond the 30-day rule above.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The activation code is technically defective and cannot be activated despite following the correct procedure, and the Provider is unable to resolve the issue.
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error (e.g. double charge).
  • Applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund right that cannot be waived by contract.

5. How to request a refund

If you wish to return an unactivated Pro activation code within 30 days of purchase, or you believe you are entitled to a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us using the contact details published on the nci.pl website.

Include your activation code (required so that it can be invalidated), the date of purchase, and a description of the reason for the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the Provider reserves the right to make the final decision.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, the Provider reserves the right to immediately deactivate the associated activation code and block future purchases.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. If mandatory local laws provide more favorable refund terms, those terms shall prevail.

8. Changes to this policy

The Provider may update this Refund Policy at any time. The current version is always published on this page.

We encourage you to fully explore getPage Lite before purchasing a Pro activation code. The Lite edition is free and allows you to evaluate all core features of the application so you can make an informed purchase decision.
